Crab Mold

Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 15oz. can black olives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon pimento
- MIX ALL OF THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND SET ASIDE
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package Knox unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- Lettuce leaves
Directions
- Warm (do not cook) mushroom soup. Mix in gelatin until dissolved.
- Add mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
- Pour over 1st list of ingredients and mix well.
- Grease jello mold with mayonnaise and pour mixture in.
- Refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours before serving.
- Release from mold onto a platter lined with lettuce leaves
