Crock Pot Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 cups (3 cans,5 oz. each) tomato juice
- 15 oz tomato puree
- 8 oz. Red Beans (rinsed and drained) - half of a can
- 8 oz. Pinto Beans (rinsed and drained) - half of a can
- 3/4 cup white or yellow onion, chopped
- 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup Chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Directions
- Brown beef in a skillet or crock pot.
- Add all other ingredients, stir and cook on low for 4 hours or simmer in a skillet for 2-3 hours.
- Stir every 30 minutes.
Notes
Add Tabasco sauce or extra Chili Powder for a spicier Chili
