Orange Apricot Glaze

Great for poultry or pork

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup apricot juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a saucepan.
  2. Heat over medium heat until mixture thickens.
  3. Baste onto meat the last 10 minutes of cooking to prevent burning.
