Cheesy Baked Artichokes

Ingredients
- 1 (14.oz) can artichoke hearts
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ground or finely chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasonings
- 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 deg. F. Coat a 9'' pie plate with cooking spray.
- Rinse artichoke hearts well with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place in pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In a small bowl, mix pecans, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic and oil. Spread evenly over artichokes.
- Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
