Garlic Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- Cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
- Heat oven to 450 deg. F.
- Wash beans and trim ends. Place beans and garlic in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet. Coat beans and garlic with cooking spray; toss well.
- Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over beans and garlic. Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Bake, uncovered at 450º for about 10 minutes or until beans are crisp tender, stirring 1/2 way through cook time.
Notes
Instead of heating the oven on a hot day, you can prepare this dish in a skillet on the stove top over medium heat.
