Shrimp Dijon
Prep Time: 10 minutes || Cook Time: 30 minutes || Total: 40 Minutes
Servings: 4 || Yields: 1/2 lb shrimp
Easy to prepare in advance and well-received by guests!!
Ingredients
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3-5 tablespoon butter (Depending on shrimp size)
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Directions
- Butter bottom of baking dish with butter heavily
- Lay out a row of shrimp
- Mix breadcrumbs with parsley and pour over top
- Add Parmesan cheese to top
- Place a dollop of butter on top of each shrimp
- Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 F covered in foil until brown.
Notes
Can use gluten free breadcrumbs. Also called Scampi Dijon.
