Shrimp Amandine

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced or slivered almonds
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 3/4 lb. cleaned shrimp
- 1 can (13oz.) chicken broth
- 1 package (10oz.) frozen green peas and pearl onions
- 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
Directions
- Saute' almonds in butter until lightly browned.
- Add shrimp and saute' about 5 minutes, until shrimp are cooked through.
- Add broth, vegetables and seasonings.
- Bring to a full boil for 1 minute.
- Serve over cooked rice.
