Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 3/4 lb. sirloin or flank steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can (13oz.) beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 cup tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups rice
Directions
- Cook rice according to package directions; set aside.
- Brown meat quickly in oil then add mushrooms and onions, cooking and stirring until onions are tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add the broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and tomato paste, bring to a boil and cook about 1 minute. Stir in rice and heat through.
- Stir in sour cream and serve.
