Chicken, Pork and Beef Satay

Ingredients
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 1/2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 lb. each pork tenderloin and filet Mignon, cut into 3 1/2''X1/4'' strips
- 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2'' strips
- 36 bamboo skewers, soaked in water 30 minutes
- Ornamental Kale or Asian noodles, cooked
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large baking dish. Stir until sugar dissolves. Add meats, stir to coat, cover and chill 1 hour. Remove meats from marinade and thread on skewers.
- Preheat broiler and broil skewered meats until cooked, about 3 minutes per side. Line a large platter with the kale leaves or noodles and arrange skewers in center. Garnish with lime slices, if desired.
- Serve with Chinese peanut sauce or Ginger-Soy Sauce*
