Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Blend all ingredients together. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
