Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2/3 cup Bisquick
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2-3 lbs. chicken parts
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Melt butter in a rectangular baking dish in oven. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl or zipper plastic bag and coat chicken.
- Place chicken, skin side down, and bake uncovered 35 minutes. Turn chicken and bake until done, about 20 minutes longer.
Notes
Add any other spices to Bisquick mix that suits your taste.
