Peanut Butter Frosting

Servings: 24 || Yields: 4 cups, about enough for 24 cupcakes
Creamy peanut butter frosting. Goes great with chocolate cupcakes!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick) softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons milk, more as needed

Directions

  1. Cream together the butter and peanut butter
  2. Slowly mix in the powdered sugar
  3. Add the milk 1 tablespoon at a time as needed until the frosting is creamy and easily spreadable.
