Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 6-8 potatoes, peeled and sliced thinly
- 3 large onions, sliced thinly
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Parboil potatoes in boiling salted water about 3-5 minutes then drain.
- Spray a 10 cup baking dish with a nonstick cooking spray. Layer potatoes and onions, sprinkling with flour, salt and pepper between layers. Pour milk over potatoes and dot with butter.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees F for about 45 minutes. Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer until top is golden brown.
