Amaretto® Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients
- 8 cups chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 3/4 cup Amaretto
- 2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
Directions
- Sprinkle coconut on baking sheets and lightly toast. Set aside.
- Slowly melt chocolate chips, whipping cream and Amaretto in a double boiler over low heat. Stir until all ingredients are combined.
- Refrigerate until chocolate is completely cool, about 2 hours. Roll into small balls and roll balls in toasted coconut.
