Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 packages (8oz.each) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Directions

- Bring whipping cream to a simmer on low heat. Remove from heat and add 4 squares of the chopped chocolate. Stir until completely melted. Cool slightly.
- Pour over cheesecake. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Run knife around the edges again and release cake from pan.
