Ingredients

  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 2 cups finely chopped white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons brandy

Directions

  1. Place the cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups finely chopped white chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon until chocolate has melted.
  3. Add brandy and continue stirring until well blended.
