Ingredients
- 28 caramel pieces
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions
- Place caramels in a saucepan and heat over medium-low until melted, stirring constantly.
- Add the butter and stir to blend.
- Reduce heat to low and add the heavy cream slowly and stir until blended.
Notes
This sauce will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks if sealed in an airtight container.
