Chicken Jamestown

Baked chicken that is covered with cheese and stuffing.
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Breasts skinned boned and halved
- 12 Slices of American Cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 4 oz. white wine
- 1 package (8 oz) of stuffing crumbs (not cubes)
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions
- Tuck ragged edges of chicken breasts under to form neat pieces and place into 9x13 baking dish.
- Top each chicken breast half with one slice of cheese
- Combine soup and wine and pour over chicken and cheese.
- Cover completely with crumbs.
- Drizzle butter over top fully.
- Bake at 325 uncovered for 1 1/2 hours
Notes
Can substitute stuffing with Gluten Free stuffing.
