Stuffed Clam Shells

Broiler quick baked clams
Ingredients
- 4-6 clam shells
- 1 6.5 oz can minced clams (do not drain)
- 1/3-1/2 cup bread crumbs (more as needed to get consistency)
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp parsley
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning (optional)
- Paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients (except paprika) together and heat in a skillet about 5 minutes. Mixture should be wet but hold its shape when scooped. If too wet, add more bread crumbs.
- Fill each shell and sprinkle tops with paprika.
- Place shells in a baking dish with 1/2 inch of water.
- Broil 5-10 minutes until bubbly and tops start to slightly crisp.
Notes
If using pre seasoned breadcrumbs, cut the parsley and oregano to 1 tsp each.
