Crock Pot Style Pork Roast

Ingredients
- 2-3 lb. boneless pork loin roast
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease
- Seasoned Salt
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- garlic powder
- Dried Thyme
- 1/2 cup apple juice
Directions
- Melt bacon fat in a skillet and brown the pork roast well on both sides on medium-high heat.
- Remove from skillet. Sprinkle fat side with seasoned salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried Thyme.
- Place fat side down in a slow cooker. Sprinkle top with seasonings as before. Pour the apple juice around the edge of the roast and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until pork is fork tender.
