Fruit Filled Watermelon

Ingredients
- 1 whole watermelon
- 1 whole Honey Dew
- 1 whole canteloupe
- 1 large can pineapple chunks, save 1/3 cup liquid
- Strawberries, Blueberries, or any other fresh fruit such as grapes, Papaya or Mango
- 2 Tablespoons each lime juice, lemon juice and orange juice.
- 2/3 cup extra fine sugar
- Reserved pineapple juice and enough water to make 1/3 cup liquid.
- Coconut flakes (optional)
Directions
- Cut a thin horizontal slice from the bottom of the watermelon so it rests flat. Slice watermelon in half lengthwise. Scoop out fruit to form a bowl and scoop melon balls from the other half of the watermelon.
- Fill bowl with watermelon, Honeydew and Canteloupe balls and add any other fruits you've selected and put into carved out watermelon half.
- Mix 2 tablespoons each lemon juice, lime juice and orange juice. Add reserved pineapple juice and enough water to equal 1/3 cup liquid and the 2/3 cup sugar.
- Pour over fruit and toss lightly. Add coconut flakes if desired
