Lemon Herb Sauce

Serve over boiled potatoes, steamed vegetables, broiled chicken or pork chops
Ingredients
- 1 can (10oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 3/4 cup fat free milk
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaved, crushed
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a 1 qt. saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until heated through.
- Serve over potatoes, vegetables, chicken or pork.
