Continental Lemon Sauce (Hollandaise)

Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Directions
- In a small saucepan with wire whisk, stir together all ingredients until smooth. Stir over medium low heat until thick but do not boil.
- Pour over steamed vegetables and sprinkle with Paprika
