Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lbs. asparagus
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Cut tough ends and scales from asparagus. In a 12'' skillet over medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter.
- Add asparagus, salt and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
- Cover and cook asparagus until tender crisp, about 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
