Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 8 oz. medium mushrooms, washed, trimmed and cut in half
- 2 Tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- dash of black pepper
- snipped parsley
Directions
- Heat Olive oil in a 10'' skillet until hot. Cook and stir garlic over medium heat 1 minute. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir an additional 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in sherry, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
- Remove to serving bowl and sprinkle with snipped parsley.
