An alternative to cornbread stuffing
Ingredients
- 1 pkg. mild pork sausage
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Thyme
- 1 pkg. Pepperridge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups water
Directions
- Saute sausage and onion. Season with salt, pepper and Thyme.
- Combine 2 eggs and 2 cups water to the sausage mix and blend. Add these ingredients to a large bowl with the stuffing mix and mix well. If mixture is too stiff, add water, 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency.
