Ingredients
- 1/4 cup diced salt pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 lb. cooked shrimp
- 1 cup hot cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Fry salt pork until well browned and crisp. Remove pork and cook onion and pepper in the fat.
- Add pork, shrimp and rice. Season to taste and simmer 10 minutes.
