Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 1 (8oz.) package cream cheese, softened
• 6 tablespoons butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1-2 tablespoons milk
• 4 cups (1 lb.) confectioners sugar

Directions

1. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
2. Add powdered sugar, 1/2 cup at a time and blend well.
3. Add milk, one teaspoon at a time, until frosting is the desired spreading consistency.
