Praline Topping for Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup whipping cream
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions

1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar and whipping cream. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
2. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10-15 minutes.
3. Remove from heat. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
4. Cover and chill before serving over cheesecake.
