Beef with Egg Noodles

Tender beef and gravy served over egg noodles.
Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs sirloin tips or cubed stew meat
- 1/4 cup Flour plus 2 tbsp
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tsp Maggi seasoning or kitchen bouquet
- 2 cups beef bullion
- 2 cups vegetable bullion
Directions
- Mix about 1/4 cup flour with 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper
- Stir in beef to coat
- Heat about 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium heat
- Brown beef
- Place beef, broth, onion powder, garlic, turmeric and Maggi into crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6 hours
- Mix 2 tbsp flour with 5 tbsp warm water
- Slowly stir in flour/water and cook about 10 more minutes until thickened. Add additional Maggi or kitchen bouquet to taste.
- Cook egg noodles per package directions and serve beef over noodles.
