Ingredients
- Skinless chicken breast tenders
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-2 Tablespoons milk
- Any style breadcrumbs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450º
- Remove any excess fat and skin from chicken tenders
- Combine the beaten eggs and milk in a shallow dish and coat chicken tenders.
- Roll the coated tenders in the breadcrumbs.
- Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and place tenders on the sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
