Breaded Pork Chops

Deliciously crispy cheese topped pork chops. Breaded and baked.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Sliced or shredded mozzarella

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 deg F
  2. Spray an 8x8 baking dish with non stick cooking spray
  3. Butterfly pork chops
  4. Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl
  5. Mix egg and Worcestershire sauce in another bowl
  6. Mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a wide bowl or pie plate
  7. Coat pork chops with flour mixture, dip and coat in egg mixture then coat thoroughly in breadcrumb mixture
  8. Transfer to baking dish and bake for 30 minutes. Top with mozzarella then broil for 3-5 minutes until cheese starts to brown and bubble.
