Old Chicago's Artichoke Dip

Savory artichoke dip that is great served hot or cold
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese
- 1 14 oz. can of Artichoke Hearts - drained
- 1/2 Cup Green Onion - Diced
- 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
- 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 Clove of Garlic - Minced
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Directions
- With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, a minimum of 2 minutes.
- Cut Artichoke Hearts into quarters and add to cream cheese. Mix well about 2 minutes
- With mixer on low, stir in Green Onion, Parmesan Cheese, Hot Pepper Sauce, White Pepper, and Salt. Mix for 1 minute.
- Heat dip in a saucepan, stirring often until hot or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
