Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly Appetizers

Ingredients
- Frozen phyllo mini shells, enough for 36 appetizers
- 1 8oz. package cream cheese, cut into 36 cubes
- 1 jar pepper jelly
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350ยบ
- Follow instructions on phyllo cup package to defrost
- Spray a mini muffin pan with non stick spray
- Place 1 cream cheese cube into each phyllo cup and bake about 20 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and shells are golden brown
- Let cool about 5 minutes before removing from pan
- Top each shell with pepper jelly (about 1 teaspoon each)
