Instant Pot High Altitude Hard Boiled Eggs

Ingredients
- 6-8 eggs
- 1 cup cold water
- 6 qt instant pot
Directions
- Pour 1 cup cold water in IP
- Place eggs on elevated rack
- Set lid to seal and cook on manual/high for 6 minutes (7 min. over 7,000 feet)
- Let pressure naturally drop for 5 minutes. Then release remaining pressure.
- Transfer eggs to ice water bath for 5 minutes then store in refrigerator until ready to peel.
