Salsa Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. softened cream cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Thick and Chunky Salsa
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Four Cheese Mexican Style cheese
  • Chili Powder

Directions

  1. Mix 4 oz. cream cheese and salsa together
  2. Spread evenly onto flour tortillas
  3. Top evenly with the Mexican style shredded cheese
  4. Sprinkle lightly with Chili powder
  5. Roll up each tortilla tightly
  6. Cut each tortilla crosswise into 5 slices

Notes

You can make this recipe low fat by substituting cream cheese for Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat), using 2% fat cheese and low fat tortillas
