Sesame Seed Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sesame seed
- 1 cup oil
- 2/3 cup wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- In medium size heavy skillet over low heat, saute sesame seed in oil about 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and scrape into screw top container or container with a tightly fitted lid.
- Cool before adding vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
- Shake until sugar dissolves.
