Buttermilk Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup packed fresh Italian parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup packed coarsely chopped dill
- 1 green onion, cut into 1/2'' pieces
- 1 small clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- cracked black pepper
Directions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in food processor or blender
- Mix until finely blended
- Add buttermilk and oil; blend until emulsified.
- Season with pepper.
- Transfer dressing to jar with tight fitting lid
- Refrigerate overnight. Whisk before serving
