Francisco Liriano (3-2, 3.90) returns from the DL for his first start in 3 1/2 weeks as the series at Cleveland continues with a 6:10 p.m. ET start at Progressive Field. Liriano hasn't pitched since May 26 due to a right hamstring strain. Trevor Bauer (6-5, 2.50) will start for Cleveland.
