The Padres capped a weekend of Trevor Hoffman celebrations by revealing a brand new statue before the game, but he was the only closer the Padres used tonight. Instead, Christian Villanueva capped off a high-scoring game with a walkoff single. He topped off a night where the Friar offense went 9-for-34 overall and 5-for-9 with runners in scoring position.
