Detroit Lions running back LeGarrette Blount was ejected in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.San Francisco’s Elijah Lee had knocked Matthew Stafford out of bounds close to the sideline. The referees correctly determined that Stafford was in bounds when Lee hit him, but Blount disagreed and knocked Lee to the ground.
