The Rays have reportedly agreed to a 2 year, $30 million deal with free agent starting pitcher Charlie Morton

MLB Free Agency: Charlie Morton and the Tampa Bay Rays have reportedly agreed to a 2 year, $30 million, according to Jeff Passan. The deal includes a third year option that could be worth anything from $1 million to $15 million depending on if and how much time Morton misses.
