Colorado-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Running Start is growing exponentially in 2019. Conceived in 2010 as a resource to help women overcome serious health and fitness barriers, Running Start eventually outgrew its place as an extension of Skirt Sports and in 2016 it became an official, independent non-profit with the goal of growing as big as demand requires.
