The Rangers have put Drew Smyly on the i.l. with nerve irritation in his left arm

The Texas Rangers have placed lefthanded pitcher Drew Smyly on the injured list with nerve irritation in his left arm. To take his place on the active roster, the Rangers have called up righthanded reliever Wei-Chieh Huang.

This is troubling news on Smyly, who was scheduled to start tomorrow. We shall see if the Rangers have someone replace Huang tomorrow and make the start, or if the Rangers decide to...
