Trevor Williams, who landed on the Pirates’ injured list on May 17 with a right side strain, made his first rehabilitation appearance, allowing two runs in three innings. He did not display his typical efficiency with pitches, throwing 71 in those three innings as only 59% were for strikes, although he walked only one and struck out five batters.
