There was one splash the Raiders made this offseason that dwarfed all others. It was the trade for Antonio Brown, arguably the best receiver in football. That addition gave the Raiders the only player on Pro Football Focus’s list of the Top 50 NFL players heading into 2019. He landed at 22.
