The Kansas City Chiefs suffered quite a few injuries on Saturday in Pittsburgh as they faced the Steelers on the road. Over the course of the game, the Chiefs had S Tyrann Mathieu, WR Marcus Kemp, TE Deon Yelder, DE Breeland Speaks, DT Justin Hamilton and QB Chase Litton leave the field with injury.
