Oakland Raiders quarterback Derek Carr apparently was not correct about his teammate Antonio Brown being ready to participate in practice. On Saturday, Carr said he didn’t see any reason why Brown wouldn’t be a full participant during practice after fully participating in Oakland’s walk-through earlier in the day.
