Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford missed last week’s game after doctors would not clear him because of a back injury he has been dealing with, and the ailment is going to sideline him for at least another week. Lions head coach Matt Patricia told reporters on Friday that Stafford will not play against the Dallas Cowboys on Sunday.
