The Detroit Lions were a penalty waiting to happen during the first half of Sunday’s game against the Dallas Cowboys. How bad was it in Detroit? After Dallas scored a touchdown to go up 24-14 immediately before halftime, the Lions committed two personal foul penalties. It enabled Dallas to kick off from the Detroit 35-yard line.
